What it is actually like
Blue Bay is built around tropical gardens, a broad swimming pool and the beach beyond. The resort layout gives you plenty of space to move between the water, shaded loungers and the main hotel areas.
My photographs show the pool framed by palms, the ocean immediately beyond the grounds and long stretches of pale sand. It suits travellers who want an easy resort base with the beach at the centre of the stay.

The pool-and-palm-tree view was the strongest part of the setting, with the beach and ocean visible beyond the resort grounds.
